GRACE THREAD ART- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The Shipping and Delivery policy of Grace Thread art is as follows:
- Customer can avail free shipping on all orders over Rs. 2000 or above. There will be standard Rs. 200 charges for order below the Rs. 2000.
- The parcel will be sent through a registered company.
- Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel.
- Customers are advised to not accept any opened/damaged parcel at the time of delivery. Simply, you can reject it at the time of delivery.
Orders placed by 12:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped same day via Registered Courier Service & we will provide you tracking ID which will enable you to trace your order online.
Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days (No Delivery on Sunday) in all cities across Pakistan. However, delivery can take up to 4-5 days if in remote location or village.
During Sale days or promotions your orders may face a delay, but we will inform you if that happens.
We do offer our customers nominated day delivery, simply choose a day that suits you and we’ll delivery your order on that day.
