Grace Thread Art- Return & Exchange Policy

All products bought from https://gracethreadart.com/ can be Exchanged & return within 14 days only if:

• We will delightedly accept any unused, unwashed product with original packing within days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items by writing to https://gracethreadart.com/ or calling at (+44 7871 064465) about your quires.

• You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at https://gracethreadart.com/ within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

• Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return products.
• Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

Note: Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Important Note: Grace Thread Art offers an exchange policy for the all the products. In case we do not have the same required product/design in our stock, we will exchange it with some other product/design of your choice. All you have to pay is the delivery charges of the exchange product.
