1. Who we are
The gracethreadart.com shop trades as Grace & Thread Icons. Seller: Ngo, sole trader based in Cyprus. Contact: hello@gracethreadart.com.
2. Our products
We sell printed Orthodox icon art in the Byzantine style (posters and framed prints, and canvas for some icons), as well as an embroidered hoodie. The designs are created by us. They are printed icons, not original painted icons. The gold is printed ink, not gold leaf. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed piece. Photos showing frames and rooms are illustrations.
3. Orders and contract
Showing products in our shop is not a binding offer. By clicking "Complete order" / "Pay now" at checkout, you place an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is made when we send you the order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example because of an obvious pricing error, or because a product is unavailable), we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (€) and are final: no VAT is added. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes, which are paid by the recipient. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal). You're charged when you complete your order. We never see or store your card details: payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
5. Delivery
Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the item.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
For standard designs you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, with no reason needed; you pay the return postage, and to start a return you email hello@gracethreadart.com and we reply with the return address. Name-personalised items and custom icons are exempt once we send them to print (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). For custom icons, you can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time until we send it to print, including if you don't approve the proof. Full details are in our Return Policy, which also contains the model withdrawal form.
7. Legal guarantee
The 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity applies. If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email a photo to hello@gracethreadart.com and we'll replace it or refund you as described in our Return Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The designs, photos and texts in this shop belong to Grace & Thread Icons. You may use the products you buy for personal use and give them as gifts. Copying, reprinting or selling our designs without our written permission is not allowed. You're of course welcome to share photos of your icon on social media.
9. Liability
We are liable as provided by law. These terms do not limit or exclude any right you have under consumer protection law.

How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
If something went wrong, please email hello@gracethreadart.com first. We usually reply within 1–2 business days and will do our best to put it right. As a consumer, you can also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service or the competent body in your own country, as well as the competent courts.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country's law.
13. Language and changes
These terms are available in Greek and English. If they differ, the Greek text applies, unless the English text is more favourable to the consumer. We may change these terms in the future. Each order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
