Where we ship
We ship almost worldwide: to every European Union country (including Cyprus and Greece), the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia and many other countries. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us at hello@gracethreadart.com. Canvases ship only to the countries offered at checkout for those products.
Made to order
Each item is made especially for you by our partner Printful, at the studio closest to you.
- Posters, framed prints and canvases: usually 2–5 business days.
- Embroidered hoodie: usually 2–7 business days.
Delivery time
After it's made, standard shipping usually takes:

These times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. During holidays, and to islands and remote areas, delivery can take longer.
For feast days and gifts
For a name day, baptism or wedding, please order at least 3 weeks ahead (4 weeks outside Europe). For custom icons, because we first send you a proof to approve, please order at least 5 weeks ahead (6 weeks outside Europe). For Christmas, the last order date is announced on our home page.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs depend on the item and the destination country and are always shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Customs, duties and taxes
There are no customs duties on deliveries within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU (for example the UK, the USA or Switzerland), and to special territories outside the EU tax area (for example the Canary Islands, Mount Athos, the Åland Islands), local authorities may charge duties, taxes or clearance fees. These are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you'll get an email with its tracking number.
Orders with several items
Items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Packaging and gifts
There's no price inside the parcel. To send a gift, simply enter the recipient's address at checkout.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you've made a mistake, email us straight away at hello@gracethreadart.com. We can only change it before production starts. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, we'll contact you about reshipping, which may have a cost.
Delays, loss or damage
If your parcel hasn't arrived 25 business days after it shipped, or if it arrives damaged, email hello@gracethreadart.com and we'll put it right, with a free reshipment or a refund (see our Return Policy).
